John Peel, A Sound Property

This property, originally built by Mr and Mrs Ravenscroft, is currently occupied by the Peel family.

It was originally an isolated bachelor pad, well equipped downstairs, with luxuriant growth adorning the front garden. This shrubbery has since been removed by the owner exposing the original Cheshire granite which has since become cracked and uneven.

Due to neglect the walls are bulging, especially to the front and rear, and the roof is now almost completely devoid of its original thatch. However, whilst the plumbing needs some attention, the foundations are sound and this property will provide a comfortable family home for many years to come.
