About the Author

Long Stories

At the moment there is only one long story which takes the form of a fictional autobiography of Jesus Christ based on two decades of research using historical, religious and cultural sources.

I took the view that he survived crucifixion, carried on his ministry throughout Palestine and northwest India, then joined his people at the mass suicide of 73AD in Masada. During those last few hours of his life he reflected on his work, his family and the consequences of what he tried to achieve during his short time in the limelight.

As a result of writing this story I have developed a deep respect for Jesus - or Joshuah to give him his Aramaic name - and for his life and his philosophy. Therefore what you will get if you decide to embark on this particular literary journey is a mixture of imagination and history which I hope will give you both entertainment and a small amount of education.

By the way, don't forget that this is just my view on him, I am sure that you will have your own ideas - in fact I can guarantee it!
